How to pay your bills with us

1. Over-the-counter
1. Go to PNB Nagoya or Tokyo branch
2. Fill out the remittance application form (for first-time customers).
3. Provide the name of the biller and your subscriber/ reference number.
4. Make the payment and get your transaction receipt.
2. Bank Transfer
1. Send payment to PNB’s account in Mizuho Bank

2. Provide your payment details to PNB via fax or telephone.
3. Registered Mail (Genkin Kakitome)
1. Send cash payment and payment details to PNB via registered mail.
