What are the requirements to open for a PNB Priority Checking Account
- 1 Valid ID (primary or secondary)
- Fully accomplished Forms (Provide TIN and SSS/GSIS number, if applicable)
- Initial Deposit of PHP 25,000

How to enroll your account to PNB Mobile Banking App

- Choose account type and input Debit Card Number and PIN
- Create your user ID and password
- Enter 6-digit One-Time PIN (OTP) sent via SMS
- Upon initial login, enter Online Activation Code (OAC) sent via e-mail
- Visit the nearest PNB branch
- Fill-out the Digital Banking Enrollment Form (Download here)

- The minimum maintaining balance for Priority Checking Account is PHP 25,000.
- Will I be charged for going below the maintaining balance?
- If the Average Daily Balance (ADB) of your Priority Checking Account falls below the required minimum monthly ADB for at least two (2) consecutive months, it will be charged PHP 350.00 per month until your account reaches the ADB requirement.
- How do I get my debit card?
- Your PNB Mabuhay Miles Debit Mastercard shall be available for pick up at your PNB Branch of choice where you opened the account. Find the nearest PNB Branch now.
- When do I get my debit card?
- Your PNB PAL Mabuhay Miles Priority Mastercard will be available for pick up at your PNB Branch of choice where you opened the account after 7-10 banking days from the date of account opening.
- How many checkbooks can I get?
- Upon account opening, an initial checkbook will be given to you. Kindly coordinate with your maintaining branch for succeeding checkbook requests.
- When and how do I get my checkbook?
- Your initial checkbook will be released by your PNB Branch of choice where you opened the account right after your account is opened.
- Are there fees for not using the checkbook?
- There is no fee for not using your checkbook.
- When and how do I get my passbook?
- Your initial passbook will be released by your PNB Branch of choice where you opened the account right after your account is opened.
- Up to how many passbooks can I have?
- Upon account opening, only one passbook will be given to you by your PNB branch of choice. Kindly coordinate with your maintaining branch for succeeding passbook requests.
- Is there a fee to get a passbook?
- None, passbook is free upon opening of account. Fully filled up passbook is replaced for free.
- Is there a fee when I close my account within one month of account opening?
- Early Closure Fee – applicable to accounts closed within 30 days from account opening is Php 500.00.

- Yes, you may withdraw your money abroad at any Mastercard and Maestro-affiliated shops and ATMs.
- How do I get OTP for my transactions?
- Each time you make an online purchase you will be required to enter a One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed on each of your online transactions using your PNB PAL Mabuhay Miles Priority Mastercard. Kindly ensure that your contact details are updated by visiting any PNB Branch. Only your registered mobile number will receive an OTP.
- Are there fees for OTP transactions?
- OTP transactions are free of charge. It shall not be charged to your mobile phone bill regardless of your location and the number of times you transact online.
- What to do when I don’t get an OTP for transactions?
- Expect to receive the OTP via SMS within five (5) minutes. If you do not receive the OTP, you may click the “Regenerate OTP” button to get a new one.

- How do I report a lost/stolen passbook?
- In case of lost / stolen passbook, immediately report to the Maintaining Branch or Customer Care. You may call (632) 8573-8888 or email customercare@pnb.com.ph. You may only have your lost passbook replaced at your Maintaining Branch.
