Promo Mechanics

I. Qualifications:

The promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.

II. Promo Offer and Period:

1. Promo runs from January 20, 2025, to January 19, 2026.

2. Stay period until January 30, 2026.

3. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to holidays, long weekends, special events and Super Peak dates (January 23-30, 2025, April 13-19, 2025, December 20 to January 4, 2026).

III. How to Avail of Discount:

1. To avail promo, Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction. Intent to avail the promo must be mentioned upon reservation.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is open to all active PNB Credit, Debit and Prepaid cardholders in good standing 

2. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to holidays, long weekends, special events and Super Peak dates (January 23-30, 2025, April 13-19, 2025, December 20 to January 4, 2026).

3. Dining discount will be applied on total bill, inclusive of applicable taxes and service charge.

4. Advance reservation is required. For bookings and inquiries, call 0917 885 7054 | 036 288-5058 or email reservations@boracayoceanclub.com | info@boracayoceanclub.com. The cardholder must indicate or mention that he/she will use PNB card to book, hotel booking policies and procedures shall be followed.

5. Only one (1) qualified PNB card will be accepted per transaction even if he or she has more than one qualified PNB card. The promo is valid for single-receipt transactions only, strictly no splitting of transactions.

6. Booking is not transferable. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests.

7. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing discounts and promotions of Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which have the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount OR the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

10. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable. 

12. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
