Requirements to Apply

Employed    
  • Recent one (1) month payslip or Certificate of Employment (stating Gross Income, Date Hired, and Position) or ITR or active principal credit card number (with at least 1 year membership)
  • Photo-bearing Government-issued ID with signature (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, TIN (Ecard only), SSS, or UMID or Company ID)
  • Proof of billing (for non-depositor)
    • Utility Bills (electricity, telephone, etc.) or Credit Card Statement of Account

  • *Cardholders with hold-out deposits are not required to submit the documents indicated above
Self-Employed    
  • Latest Income Tax Return with BIR Stamp and latest Audited Financial Statement
  • Photo-bearing Government-issued ID with signature (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport, TIN (Ecard only), SSS, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID/UMID) or Company ID
  • Proof of billing (for non-carded or non-depositor)
    • Utility Bills (electricity, telephone, etc.) or Credit Card Statement of Account

  • *Cardholders with hold-out deposits are not required to submit the documents indicated above
If you are a foreign national, you must also submit either A or B of the following:
  • A
    • Passport
    • Alien Certificate of Residence (ACR)
    • Proof of billing (for non-carded or non-depositor)
      • Utility Bills (electricity, telephone, etc.) or Credit Card Statement of Account
    • And any of the following:
      • National ID
      • Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ID, Social Security Number (SSN) ID, or Driver’s License
      • Work permit issued by DOLE (mandatory requirement) if employed in the Philippines
      • Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC
  • B
    • Passport
    • Unexpired Philippine Retirement Authority ID (PRA) or Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV)
    • Proof of billing (for non-carded or non-depositor)
      • Utility bills (electricity, telephone, etc.) or credit card statement of account
    • And any of the following:
      • Bureau of Immigration Approved Order

How to enroll your PNB Credit Card on PNB Mobile Banking App

Open the PNB Mobile Banking App and click Sign Up

Read the Terms and Conditions and press Agree

Choose Credit Card

Enter your valid Card Number, Date of Birth, and Card Expiry

Create your user ID and password

Enter the correct One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number

  • My PNB Debit Card is already enrolled on the PNB Mobile Banking App. How can I enroll my PNB Credit Card?
    • On the PNB Mobile Banking App, go to My Accounts page and click the three dotted button on the upper right corner
    • Select Enroll Credit Card
    • Enter your valid Card Number, Date of Birth, and Card Expiry Date then click Continue
    • Enter the correct One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number with PNB Credit Card
    • Click Update Mobile Number if you want to change the mobile number saved in your PNB Mobile/Internet Banking account. Click Skip if you don’t want to update your mobile number.
      *If you maintain different mobile numbers in your deposit account and Credit Card account, you will be asked to update your mobile number.
    • Click OK if you agree to update your mobile number.
    • Your Credit Card is now successfully enrolled.
  • I don’t receive an OTP whenever I try to enroll my Credit Card to the PNB Mobile Banking App. What do I do?
    Please make sure that your registered mobile number is updated. If not, please call our Cards Hotline at 8818 9818 or send an email to pnbcreditcards@pnb.com.ph to have it updated.
  • How can I avail of the zero annual fees?
    You automatically get zero annual fee for life upon successful application. No other requirements in terms of spending or usage are needed.
  • How does the “No late payment fee” work?
    You will not automatically be charged a late payment fee for paying after the due date. Finance charge and other charges will still apply.
  • How does the “No over limit fee” work?
    You will not be charged for going over the Credit Card limit.
  • Are there any other differences to the fees and charges of the PNB Ze-Lo Mastercard?
    Other than those stated, standard PNB Credit Card fees and charges will apply.
  • What are the other fees and charges I need to pay?

    Account Maintenance Fee
    Monthly Account Maintenance Fee or the amount equivalent to the Credit Balance, whichever is lower, shall be charged to closed Card Accounts with overpayments until the Credit Balance is zeroed out

    Advance Card Renewal Request Fee
    Incurred when cardholder requests for a renewal of his/her card more than 90 days before the expiry of his/her existing card.

    Incurred when a card replacement is requested due to:
    • spoilage (plastic peeled off, unreadable CVC2, cracked card, wrong name embossed); or
    • change in name (from single to married and vice versa)

    Foreign Currency Transactions Service Fee
    Incurred when a cardholder makes transactions outside the Philippines (excluding US Dollar)

    Incurred when a replacement for a lost card is requested

    Returned Check Fee
    Incurred when a check payment was dishonored or returned by the bank for reasons such as account closed, Drawn Against Insufficient Funds (DAIF), Drawn Against Uncollected Deposit (DAUD), etc.
    PHP 1,000 for Peso account or USD 10 for Dollar account
    Sales Slip Retrieval Fee
    Incurred when a cardholder requests for retrieval of a particular sales slip to verify a transaction

    Statement of Account (SOA) Retrieval Fee
    Incurred when a cardholder requests for a fax or mail copy of his/her old Statement of Account (beyond 3 months from current SOA)

    Notes:
    1. The bank reserves the right to change the fees, charges, and rates with prior notice to the Cardholder.
    2. All fees, except for Credit Card Rate shall be charged to the cardholder’s Statement of Account. The Credit Card rate will be charged at bank level during the sale of USD Notes. Peso amounts are for Peso accounts and Dollar amounts are for Dollar accounts
    3. The Refund Fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for cancelled cards.

  • Does the PNB Ze-Lo Mastercard have Card Protect?
    No. The PNB Ze-Lo Mastercard is not covered by Card Protect.

    Yes. Unless otherwise stated in promo mechanics, the PNB Ze-Lo Mastercard is included in PNB promos and merchant discounts.

    You can activate your PNB Ze-Lo Mastercard Credit Card through the following:
