PNB Wins Four Golden Arrow Award in Corporate Governance

23 January 2023 — Philippine National Bank received the coveted Four Golden Arrow Award during the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards ceremony held at the Sheraton Hotel in Pasay City on January 20, 2023.

Receiving the award for PNB is Acting President Florido P. Casuela. Also, in attendance during the ceremony were: PNB Chairperson Federico P. Pascual; Directors Isabelita M. Papa and Domingo H. Yap; Board Advisors Florencia G. Tarriela and Christopher J. Nelson; Enterprise Services Sector Head and EVP Aida M. Padilla; Global Compliance Group Head and EVP Atty. Isagani A. Cortes, Public Affairs Group Head and SVP Claro P. Fernandez, Marketing Group Head and SVP Jennifer Y. Ng; Atty. Harold T. Taguba of the Corporate Governance Division-Global Compliance Group; and Mel V. Cordova of the Corporate Sustainability Unit-Public Affairs Group.

The Lucio Tan Group, Inc. (LTGI) also won the Three Golden Arrow Award in the same awards ceremony. CFO/Chief Risk Officer Jose Gabriel Olives received the award on behalf of the conglomerate.
