The Philippine National Bank (PNB), one of the country’s largest universal banks, held the groundbreaking ceremony of the PNB Tower on February 27, 2018 at the Cebu Business Park.
The PNB Tower signifies the bank’s commitment to respond to the financial and other business needs in the Cebu metropolis, which is considered to be one of the prime commercial destinations in the south. The 17-storey tower is designed to conform with the accreditation requirements of Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), with state-of-the-art features enhancing building security and energy efficiency. With 25,500 square meters of leasable space, the property will be targeted towards multinational and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies that are looking to establish presence in the Visayas region.
Standing 74.5-meter-high,PNB Tower will house nine levels of office spaces, two levels of food and commercial establishments and five above-ground parking levels. It will also have a PNB branch, a PNB business center and the PNB Pinnacle Club.
The PNB Tower will be located at Mindanao Avenue corner Siquijor Road at Cebu Business Park. It is expected to be completed and unveiled in the year 2020.
