PNB Singapore Over-the-Counter Remittance

Siguradong makararating sa iyong pamilya sa Pilipinas ang iyong perang pinaghirapan through PNB Singapore’s Over-the-Counter Remittance. Pumunta lamang sa PNB Lucky Plaza o PNB Jurong East Branch para magpadala through the following remittance payout options:
  1. Credit to PNB Account/Global Filipino Money Card – Real time
  2. Cash pick-up from PNB Branch or Pay-out Partner Centers – Real Time
  3. Credit to Other Bank Account – same day credit*
*If processed before the cut-off time. Transactions processed after cut-off time will be credited on the next banking day.

*ODD and EVEN Date Entry Restrictions on Weekends is based on the last digit of an individual’s National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) or Foreign Identification Number (FIN). In this regard, please book your appointment based on the date that corresponds to your NRIC and FIN last digit.

Important Note:

Social distancing is strictly implemented inside our branches. Likewise, logging of entry and exit of each customer is also required through QR scanning.

Requirements when sending money

  1. Valid NRIC, FIN or Passport ID
  2. Remittance Application Form (for new Remitters only)
  3. Proof of billing address if the address is not reflected in the ID presented (for new Remitters only)
  4. If the Beneficiary is new:
    • Bank name
    • Account name
    • Account number
    • Address
    • Contact number

    If the Beneficiary is existing:
    • Bank name
    • Account number

Steps para magpadala via OTC

  1. Pumunta sa pinakamalapit na Branch, PNB Lucky Plaza Main Branch or PNB Jurong East Branch.
  2. Kung bago ang padadalhan mo, fill-out the Fast Lane Remittance Form.
  3. Pumunta sa Teller’s Counter para i-process ang iyong transaction.
  4. Sabihan ang iyong Receiver tungkol sa iyong padala. Kung tama ang contact number na iyong inilagay, makakareceive rin ang iyong Receiver ng SMS mula sa PNB.

  1. Anu-ano ang mga valid IDs na pwede ko i-present kung ako ay magpapadala?

    • Pwede mong i-present ang iyong National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) o Singapore Working Pass, or Passport ID upon transaction.
  2. Anong gagawin ko kapag ako ay nagkamali sa remitter account number?

    • For PNB accounts, processor cannot proceed with the transaction if the account number provided is incorrect. For other Bank accounts, once credited, a Debit Authority must be provided first by the account holder before we can proceed with the amendment request. If the account number is invalid, funds will be automatically returned to PNB Singapore.
  3. Paano ko malalaman ang status ng aking padala?

    • You can track your transaction through our remittance tracker via PNB Website.
  4. Anong receiver information ang kailangan kong ilagay sa remittance slip?

    You will be needing the following:
    • Account number
    • Name
    • Bank name
    • Address (if he/she is a first time receiver)
    • Telephone number (if he/she is a first time receiver)
    For Cash Pick-up:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Telephone number
  5. Anu-anong requirements ang kailangan i-present ng aking receiver sa pag claim ng aking padala?

    Your receiver must provide the following:
    • Remittance Reference Number
    • Valid photo-bearing ID with name that matches the Bank/Cash Payout Partner’s record
  6. Kung ako ay mayroong additional questions, saan ako pwede tumawag?
