Program Mechanics

I. Qualification:

This promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cardholders. Business, Corporate, Distribution, and Personal Installment cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo runs from February 14 to December 31, 2025.

2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to get FREE Eyebrow Threading services for a min. spend of Php400 at all Lay Bare branches nationwide.

III. Terms and Conditions:

1. Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a singlereceipt transaction.

2. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

3. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

4. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

5. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
