Promo Mechanics

I. Qualification:

The program is open to all active PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo runs from February 5, 2025 to January 31, 2026.

2. Qualified cardholders are entitled to the Strength Package at a special discounted price of 
Php 18,900 which includes:

• 3 Months Membership

• 6 Coaching or Recovery sessions

• 1 Nutritional assessment

• Waived joining Fee of Php 2,500

• Inclusive of 1 complimentary assessment

III. How to Avail of Discount:

1. This exclusive offer is available only at Kinetix Lab One Ayala and Kinetix Lab UPTC.

2. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB Card in a single-receipt transaction.

3. Cardholder must inform merchant that he/she will avail of the PNB Cards promo.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

2. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, The Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

3. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

4. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

5. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
