I. Qualifications:

This promo is open to all principal and supplementary PNB all PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo runs from February 25, 2025 to August 25, 2025.

2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to:

• 30% OFF on total bill for a minimum single receipt spend of P2,500

• Free Churros con Chocolate for a minimum single receipt of P1,000

III. How to Avail Discount:

3. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount to his/her PNB card in asingle-receipt transaction.

IV. Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo is available for dine-in and take out transactions only.

2. Only one (1) qualified card per table may be used.

3. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promos.

4. Offers are not convertible to cash.

5. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

6. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

7. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

8. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
