Promo Mechanics

I. Qualification:

This promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cardholders. Business, Corporate, Distribution, and Personal Installment cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo runs from January 15, 2025 to September 15, 2025.

2. Stay Period from January 15, 2025 to September 30, 2025.

3. Cardholders are entitled to get 15% OFF on Deluxe Room based on Best Available Rate using PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.

III. How to Avail of the Discount:

1. Prior reservation is required to avail this promo.

2. Room booking can be coordinated through to the following details below:

3. Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a singlereceipt transaction.

IV. Terms & Conditions:

1. The promo is applicable when they use the PNB Credit Card for payment of the room during the promo period.

2. Maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) kids per room.

3. This promo is available for direct booking only.

4. Free cancellation 48 hours prior check-in date. Whole duration of stay charge for late cancellations and no show.

5. Change of stay dates can be done 48 hours prior check-in date. If new stay date is outside of the Stay period, corresponding BAR will apply. If change of stay dates is done outside of booking period, corresponding BAR will apply.

6. The promo rate (depending on the corresponding BAR) is inclusive of 12% VAT and 1% Local Municipal Tax.

7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

8. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

9. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
