II.  PNB Installment Terms & Conditions:

• The promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary PNB issued credit card in good standing, except corporate cards.

• Cardholder must use their PNB credit card to pay RJD FURNITURE to avail 0% installment and “SHOP Now, Get Billed Later” for up to 12 months.

• PNB cardholders may inquire on packages and solutions directly with:

• Cardholder should advise merchant that he/she will be availing Shop Now, Get Billed Later Installment.  “SHOPNOWGETBILLEDLATER” or “SNGBL” should be indicated on the charge slip to make the transaction valid.

• The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

• The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of merchant.

• First monthly amortization of SNGBL installment shall be billed to the cardholder’s account on the third (3rd) statement cycle/cut-off date after approval of transaction.

• All installment transaction posted in Cardholder’s account shall earn Reward Points/Miles.  Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization.

• The terms and conditions governing issuance and use of PNB credit cards are incorporated herein by reference and made integral part hereof.

• All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotions, redemption, coverage of dates fulfillment, shall be resolve by PNB with the concurrence of DTI.
