PNB Registration Program for BROKERS / REFERRERS

Simply submit the following requirements:

BROKER (Licensed Real Estate Brokers)

• Duly accomplished PNB Broker Registration Forms
• Photocopy of valid ID (SSS, TIN ID, Passport, Driver’s License)
• 1 pc. ID photo
• Broker License ID or Certificate of Registration copy

REFERRER (LTGC Employees, Retirees and other Third Party Agents and Sales Representatives)

• Duly accomplished
  PNB Referrer Registration Forms
• Photocopy of valid ID (SSS, TIN ID, Passport, Driver’s License)
• 1 pc. ID photo
• Company ID

Mail the requirements to:
