Promo Mechanics

I. Qualification:

This promo is open to all PNB Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cardholders. Business, Corporate, Distribution, and Personal Installment cards are excluded from this promotion.

II. Promo Period and Discount:

1. Promo runs from January 10, 2025 to December 30, 2025.

2. Cardholders are entitled to get 20% OFF on Basic PT Package for 6 to 8 sessions using their PNB Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.

III. How to Avail of Discount:

1. Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction.

1. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.

2. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

3. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

4. Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

5. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
