Global Markets Group

• The Trading Division is responsible for the formulation and execution of strategies based on short-term market views on interest rates, equities, derivatives and foreign exchange. The division 1) manages interest rate risk and foreign exchange risk, 2) promotes market making activities by providing market access and execution to bank clients for FX and debt securities and 3) provides hedging solutions to the clients of the bank.
• The Global Markets Sales Division is in charge of the marketing, sales and distribution of foreign exchange, fixed income securities (financial institutions), interest rate derivatives and foreign exchange derivatives to individuals, corporations and institutional clients. The division ensures that sales are made according to established policies and procedures of the bank and other regulatory bodies while seeking to grow the franchise business of Global Markets Group.
